Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Toppings:
- Strawberries
- Maple syrup
Materials:
- Large bowl
- Frying pan
- Spatula
- Whisk
- Plate
Method:
- Mix your flour, eggs, baking powder, oil, sugar and salt together in the bowl until it is creamy.
- Heat an oiled frying pan to a medium high heat.
- Scoop ¼ cup of batter and put it into the pan.
- Let each pancake cook for about 10 minutes.
- You will know it is ready when it is brown on both sides.
- When you have used up all the pancake batter, you can cut strawberries for the toppings. You can also use maple syrup and blueberries.
- Wala! Breakfast is served, now you have golden pancakes with blueberries and strawberries for breakfast!
Success criteria: I know I can do this when I write the method for making delicious golden, pancakes.
