Do you want delicious golden pancakes for breakfast?

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Toppings:
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Maple syrup
Materials:
  • Large bowl
  • Frying pan
  • Spatula
  • Whisk
  • Plate
Method:
  1. Mix your flour, eggs, baking powder, oil, sugar and salt together in the bowl until it is creamy.
  2. Heat an oiled frying pan to a medium high heat.
  3. Scoop ¼ cup of batter and put it into the pan.
  4. Let each pancake cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. You will know it is ready when it is brown on both sides.
  6. When you have used up all the pancake batter, you can cut strawberries for the toppings. You can also use maple syrup and blueberries.
  7. Wala! Breakfast is served, now you have golden pancakes with blueberries and strawberries for breakfast!
Learning intention: We are learning to write a procedure. 
Success criteria: I know I can do this when I write the method for making delicious golden, pancakes.
