Room 5's experiment

Room 5’s experiment.

WALT write a recount about the experiment we did on Monday.

On Monday the junior school children like Room1 and Room4 went to the teacher’s car park. It was a sunny day when we got there. We went there to build habitats for our experiment.

First the teacher’s were talking to us about the experiment we are doing they brought materials for us to feel like rocks, ice cream container, leaves, papers, cloth, a bucket, a rubber tile, and a wooden tile. I only felt two materials, a cloth and a rubber tile. The rubber tile felt smooth and the cloth felt soft.  

Next the teacher’s were setting up the materials. Then we had to pick which habitat would be best for the mini beast’s. I picked the leave’s for the mini beasts to live in. The habitats were behind the arts shed.

After that the teacher’s said that we had to wait for Friday to see the result of the habitats for the minibeasts. I felt really excited about it because the experiment was really awesome.

Finally we went to class and talked about what happened. Going to the carpark was a fun and a great idea, Room 5 and I felt happy.!

How To Make A Perfect Mum (Parent)

A perfect spell for a perfect (Mum)

WALT write instructions to make a perfect parent

Materials

2 Pounds of love

A teaspoon of cool

A tablespoon of tough or strong

5 cups of care

4 cups of smartness

A Teaspoon of strict

2 splashes of funny

2 cups of rich

1 teaspoon of famous

1 heart

1 Brain

Equipment

• Pot
• Stove

• Teaspoon
• Tablespoon
• Wooden spoon
• Sift
• Large tray
• Baking paper
• Large bowl
• Knife a very sharp knife

  Method- directions:

1. Slightly melt the  2 pounds of love into the pot that is on top of the stove and mix it with the wooden spoon.
2. Carefully pour the melted pounds of love into the large bowl and start stirring it while you add the teaspoon of coolness.
3. Slowly add the tablespoon of tough or strong with the 5 cups of care.
4. Quickly add the 4 cups of smartness or else a brain will pop out and also remember to put  1 teaspoon of strict so that you don’t want them to be too mean
5. Quietly pour the splash of funniness into a cup and shake it.
6. Then put the splash of funniness in the large bowl
7. After that add in the cup of rich, the teaspoon of famous and stir it carefully or else money with autographs on them will pop up.
8. Now grate the heart and the brain in the large bowl with some water and stir it quickly to make the mixture a soft dough
9. Slightly Get out your baking paper and put it on top of your large tray.
10. Carefully pour the dough into the large tray
11. Now make a shape of a person using the very sharp knife and make as big as a parent would look like and pop it in the oven .
12. Quickly put extensions on the dough and  put in a cold place for a week or more and there  you have your parent.

Ahh! my teacher is a toad!!

Materials

Teacher

Frog’s webbed feet

Algae from the bottom of a pond

Frog’s tongue

Frogs brain

Frog’s brain and heart

Equipment

Wand

Cauldron

Metal Spoon

Potion bottle

Oven

A big cup

And lastly a glove(2 pairs)

Method

1. Firstly pour the frog’s brain into the cauldron with the frog’s heart and stir it for 15 minutes.
2. Then you drop the potion  into the cauldron to make it magical but just a little drop so that it doesn't get too bubbly
3. Next you will pour the frog’s tongue in the cauldron using your gloves
4. Don’t forget to add it in the algae in and the mud.
5. After that put the mixture in the oven on 250 degrees preheat.
6. Now take the Mixture out and pour it in the big cup and it will look like coffee because of the potion.

Give the big cup of your mixture to your teacher and trick her to drink it.

Ahhhh! now our teacher is a TOAD!!!

A Magic Spell To Make Cinderella Go To The Ball.

A magical spell to make cinderella go to the Ball

What you will need for this magical spell is:

1. Juice from a lemon (Lemon juice)
2. Petals from a fire flower
3. An perfect tooth from an ogre
4. Six lumps of Coal
5. Two apples
6. Three mice
7. A ribbon from a princesses hair  

Method: What you will need to do.

1. Firstly mix the juice from a lemon and the fire flower petals together.
2. Next grate the coal and the ogre’s teeth to put it into the mixture
3. Cook the mixture over a hot flame for thirteen minutes
4. However add the eighteen legs from the spider and add the two apples
5. Finally sprinkle the mixture over the three mice to turn them into footmen and over the ribbon to make a ball gown.

Now there you have your beautiful Princess Cinderella.
